Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a practice connected to the breath. Each move is signaled either by an inhale or an exhale. Therefore when you practice Vinyasa, you're not only working your muscles, but you're also working your lungs and diaphragm actively. 
The practice aims to generate a feeling of balance, reducing anxiety as well as keeping the muscles lean while strengthening them.

In my classes I focus on generating a deeper understanding of the Asanas. Through mindfulness and balance, you will be able to further your practice with more complex movements. 
My classes may incorporate deep backbends, hip opening, twists and forward folds. 

Private and corporate classes are also available based on your needs.
